The sole AIM of the annual digital photography competition is to raise funds in aid of the 2016 charity festival fund. This fund will then be distributed to the nominated charities. We aim to raise as much as possible per annum by building up the entries to the competition each year. It is imperative therefore, that we all promote the competition to our friends, relatives and associates and encourage them to compete annually. Remember, when an entry is paid for, the proceeds go to the charity fund. It is not really a cost for entry but a donation to help others less fortunate than ourselves. At the same time we would like people to enjoy the competition and are therefore encouraging people to enter, not just on photographic skill and technique, but also to ensure that some prizes are awarded for the fun, quirky, unusual and imaginative photos that are submitted. There is also an under 16 section to the competition and we look forward to some fascinating photos from this age group over the coming years.   The AIM Digital Photography Competition Annual Independent Masonic Digital Photography Competition Online Entry Only It has been decided to set the competition as online entry only. To reduce the administrative burden and to keep costs as low as possible thus ensuring the maximum amount of proceeds are available for the nominated charities.
